Eligibility: Must attend a 120-minute WorldMark by Wyndham timeshare sales presentation with your partner if married or cohabitating. This promotional package is designed for individuals 28 or older with an annual household income of $60,000 or more (U.S. or equivalent), or 55 or older and fully retired. Must read and speak English. Wyndham Vacation Ownership employees, WorldMark, The Club owners and persons who attended a WorldMark by Wyndham sales presentation within the last 12 months are not eligible. A photo ID is required at check-in. Individuals under age 55 and not fully retired must also present a major credit card (not a debit card).

Eligible States of Residence: In order to participate in this offer you must be a resident of Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin or Wyoming.

Rescheduling: Arrival dates may be rescheduled without penalty up to 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival. No changes will be permitted within 5 days of arrival date.

Restrictions and Limitations: Failure to comply with the Rescheduling policy, attend the sales presentation or meet the Eligibility requirements will result in forfeiture of the package price and the benefits of the package. Multiple families or couples are not allowed to participate in this offer at the same time. No pets allowed. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-transferable. Reservations are subject to availability.

State and Legal Disclosures: If you decide to cancel, you must provide WorldMark by Wyndham written notice of your intent to cancel within fifteen days after purchase to receive a full refund to the following address: WVO Marketing Refund Request Department at 10750 West Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89135. Your state may provide you with additional rights, which are attached if applicable. WorldMark by Wyndham reserves the right to substitute any advertised lodging or feature with one of equal or greater value.
