Eligibility: Owner (and your partner if married or cohabitating) must attend a 120-minute Shell Vacations Club® timeshare sales presentation. You must present a photo ID (i.e. driver’s license) and a major credit card upon check-in. To be eligible for this getaway, you must be a Shell Vacations Club owner or member in good standing.
Wyndham Vacation Ownership employees, Shell Vacations Club owners and persons having attended a Shell sales presentation within the last 6 months are ineligible.
Destination Eligibility: California destinations are available to residents of the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Carolina, Nevada, Oregon, Vermont, Washington, or Wyoming.
Arizona destinations are available to residents of the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Vermont, Washington and Wyoming.
Rescheduling: Arrival dates may be rescheduled without penalty up to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival. No changes will be permitted within 15 days of arrival date.
Restrictions and Limitations: Failure to comply with the Rescheduling policy, attend the sales presentation or meet the Eligibility Requirements will result in forfeiture of the package price and the features of the package. If you and your spouse, if married, do not attend the sales presentation, you will be charged the full retail value of this package. No pets allowed. This promotional package cannot be combined with any other offer or stay and is non-transferable. Reservations are subject to availability.
