Please check-in at our Wyndham Welcome Center when you arrive in the area. Upon check-in you will receive a welcome packet.

The Shops at Rivercenter has two parking garages attached to the mall. One is located on Commerce Street and the other on Crockett Street. Please DO NOT park at the Marriott Rivercenter as they will not honor our parking validation. The Commerce Garage is the 2nd parking garage on the right after crossing Bowie Street on E. Commerce Street. To access the Crockett Garage, turn right on Bowie from E. Commerce. At the 1st light, turn left on Crockett. The Crockett Garage is located on the left.
The Wyndham Welcome Center is located inside Shops at Rivercenter on Street Level (Level A in Parking Garages) to the right of Yogurt Zone.
For your convenience, the Welcome Center will provide a parking validation that is good for one hour in the Commerce and Crockett garages only. We cannot validate parking in any other garage or parking lot.

TOUR REMINDERS:
- Your tour time and specific location directions can be found on your tour confirmation email.
- Please plan on arriving for your tour approximately 15 minutes prior to your
scheduled appointment.
- Photo ID and a major credit card are required when checking-in for your tour.
Debit cards are not considered a major credit card.
- You will need arrive to your tour with your spouse if married, or partner if
cohabitating.

From El Paso:
Take I-10 East into San Antonio. Exit onto I-35 North to US 281 South exit. Take US 281 South. Exit Commerce St./Downtown/Alamo. Go right on E. Commerce.
From Houston:
Take I-10 West into San Antonio. Exit onto 281 North in San Antonio. Exit Commerce St./Downtown/The Alamo (#141). Turn left onto E. Commerce.
From US 281:
Take US 281 North to the Commerce St./Downtown/Alamo exit (#141). Turn left onto E. Commerce.
From Corpus Christi:
Take I-37 N to San Antonio. Take the Commerce St./Downtown/Alamo exit (#141). Turn left onto E. Commerce.
From Austin:
Take I-35 South to I-37 S/US-281 S (exit 158B- towards Corpus Christi). Take US 281 S to Commerce St./Downtown/Alamo. Turn right onto E. Commerce.
